Items sold are not refundable, but we guarantee for product freshness and in good conditions.
Customer should check freshness of the product while product is delivered, if finding the product is not fresh, faulty or damaged, kindly contact our customer service number immediately at +60108103722, otherwise it will not be entertained. In the event of the product is not in a fresh condition, faulty or damaged we will compensate the same item of the product, which is the same as the previous purchase’s weight or above; or same value refund credit to the customer’s account in ifresh2u.com.
**Please note that all refunds credited to consumer’s account are to be used on ifresh2u.com only.
