iFresh2u.com offers both untreated and processed fish options. Untreated fish will be delivered as-is, while processed fish will be scaled, gutted, cut, and vacuum-packed at no additional cost. If customers do not choose the cutting option and the fish exceeds the packaging box size, we will cut the fish to ensure suitable packaging for delivery.
iFresh2u.com offers delivery services to Malaysia and Singapore. Please refer to the “Delivery Areas & Policy” page on our website for detailed service areas. iFresh2u.com reserves the right to adjust delivery fees and service terms as necessary.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed for next-day or subsequent-day delivery (depending on the destination and order volume). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be considered as next-day orders and will be delivered on the following day or the day after. In case of public holidays, deliveries will be delayed, with specific timing details posted in advance on our website.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of order. The actual delivery time will be arranged according to the delivery route and may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors. If no one is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt, a second delivery can be arranged at an additional cost to the customer. However, iFresh2u.com does not guarantee product freshness for the second delivery. If the second delivery attempt fails, the order will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
