a) Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:
• 1 slice of iFreshest Norway Salmon (about 200g)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Optional: herbs (dill, rosemary, or parsley)

Steps:
• Pat dry the salmon and lightly coat with olive oil.
• Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs evenly on both sides.
• Preheat grill or pan on medium heat.
• Grill salmon skin side down for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and flaky.
• Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

b) Grilled Squid

Ingredients:
• 500g iFreshest squid
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp chili flakes or paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
• Mix olive oil, lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper into a marinade.
• Coat squid evenly and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
• Preheat grill and cook squid for 2–3 minutes each side until lightly charred.
• Serve immediately with a squeeze of lime and chili dip.

c) Prawn Salad

Ingredients:
• 280g iFreshest prawn meat
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 cup mixed greens (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado)

Steps:
