What should I do when my order arrives
Refrigerate all fresh items from the box in within 2 hours when received. Take photos or video when receive and open.
How is your frozen seafood handled? What is your freezing process?
Our seafood are fresh from fisherman and immediately processed and frozen in our -45°c blast freezer. No chemicals or preservatives are added during the freezing or production process on any of our seafood items.
Why are some seafood products unavailable from time-to-time?
The availability of seafood products depends upon the season, weather, and other conditions that can affect a catch or harvest. Additionally, the harvesting of many seafood products is regulated in order to maintain a sustainable supply.
If you receive unfresh seafood, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Check & Record – Upon receiving your package, take photos or videos as proof while inspecting the items.
2️⃣ Contact Us – Reach out to our customer service on the same day with your proof attached.
3️⃣ Verification & Replacement – Our team will review your case, and if confirmed, we will arrange a replacement on the next delivery day.
